Draw / Tier I&II Change Form FAQs

Applications submitted using paper applications cannot be changed after they are submitted. This tool is ONLY available for applications submitted online.

NOTE: There may be up to a 3 working day delay between when you apply and when it is available for editing with this tool.

How Do I:
  • Find my application?
    • You must search for any name on the application exactly as it was on the application.
    • We have removed any suffixes (Sr., Jr., II, III, etc).
    • You must supply either a Driver's License/State ID number and/or Date of Birth.
    • Applications submitted using paper applications cannot be changed after they are submitted.
    • I entered all of my information and still don't see my application!
      • This tool is for applications submitted online ONLY.
      • There may be up to a 3 working day delay between when you apply and when it is available for editing with this tool.
      • If you have edited demographic information (First Name, Last Name, DOB or Drivers Lic. No.) you will not be able to edit the application again until we have validated this demographic information. This may take up to 2 working days, but is usually completed within 24 hours.
      • It is possible that the Driver's License or Date of Birth was entered incorrectly in our system. If you suspect this is the problem, please call your local Fish and Game office to correct this first.
  • Correct a Mispelled Name?
    • Search for your application using the steps listed above.
    • If more than one entry is listed in the applicant table on top, select the correct one.
    • A single individual may be listed more than once on an application; you must select and correct each entry separately.
    • Correct the name and click "SAVE".
  • Correct an Address?
    • Search for your application using the steps listed above.
    • If more than one entry is listed in the applicant table on top, select the correct one.
    • A single individual may be listed more than once on an application; you must select and correct each entry separately.
    • Correct the address and click "SAVE".
  • Correct an Email Address?
    • Search for your application using the steps listed above.
    • If more than one entry is listed in the applicant table on top, select the correct one.
    • A single individual may be listed more than once on an application; you must select and correct each entry separately.
    • Correct the email and click "SAVE".
  • Update a Hunting License Number?
    • Because regulations require a valid hunting license at the time of application for Drawing hunts, you may not change the number as entered.
  • Change My Hunt?
    • Search for your application using the steps listed above.
    • Select the "Hunt Details" tab.
    • If more than one entry is listed in the applicant table on top, select the correct one.
    • A single individual may be listed more than once on an application; you must select and correct each entry separately.
    • You may now change your hunt to a hunt of the same type (Draw/Tier I/II) and species by selecting it from the drop down menu.
    • Click "SAVE".
    • WARNING: If this is a party application changing a hunt will also change it for the other party member.
  • Change My Hunt Choice Order?
    • Search for your application using the steps listed above.
    • Select the "Hunt Details" tab.
    • If more than one entry is listed in the applicant table on top, select the correct one.
    • A single individual may be listed more than once on an application; you must select and correct each entry separately.
    • You may now change your hunt choice order by selecting it from the drop down menu.
    • Click "SAVE".
    • WARNING:: If this is a party application changing the choice order of a hunt will also change it for the other party member.
  • Drop a Hunt?
    • Search for your application using the steps listed above.
    • Select the "Hunt Details" tab.
    • If more than one entry is listed in the applicant table on top, select the correct one.
    • A single individual may be listed more than once on an application; you must select and correct each entry separately.
    • You may now delete your hunt by checking the appropriate box in the "Drop Hunt" column.
    • Click "SAVE".
    • WARNING:: Dropping a hunt will permanently remove this hunt from your application. Once dropped you cannot re-add it to your application.
    • WARNING:: If this is a party application dropping a hunt will also drop it for the other party member.
    • NOTICE:: Dropping a hunt does NOT entitle you to a refund of the application fee.
  • Add or Remove a person on my application?
    • Tier I Hunts
      • You may not add or remove household members from an existing application.
      • You must submit another application.
      • To ensure the correct application is processed you MAY use this tool to "drop the hunt" from your existing application.
      • If you do not "drop the hunt", we will process the last application recieved by date.
    • Tier II Hunts
      • You may not add or remove household members from an existing application.
      • You must submit another application.
      • To ensure the correct application is processed you MAY use this tool to "drop the hunt" from your existing application.
      • If you do not "drop the hunt", we will process the last application recieved by date.
    • Drawing Hunts
      • You cannot add or remove a person from your application.
      • You must use this tool to "drop the hunt" you wish to change.
      • Then you must apply for the hunt again as a either a single or a party application.
